    Any shipping costs or customs duties will be mentioned prior placing your order

  • Home delivery

    Collection items – standard delivery : 3 - 5 working days after the order has been placed

    The processing and preparation of orders are carried out from Monday to Friday with the exception of public holidays upon receiving your order. Order placed outside the above-mentioned terms will be processed the following working day.

    *For remote areas, product availability, weather condition or unpredictable situation it might take extra 1-2 business days.

    Personalized items : 6 to 8 weeks after the order has been placed

    Click and collect

    Collection items : 1 day after your order has been placed (business opening hours of the stores)

    Two emails will be sent to you :

    1. Order confirmation

    2. Order collection : when your order is ready to pick up

    *During busy period please note that the order can take longer than 2h

    Bring a credit card/or document with a name that matches the username of the order

    Personalized items : 6 to 8 weeks after the order has been placed

  • Delivery is excluded for the below :

    Outside MALAYSIA. If you want to send a gift to someone living abroad you can directly place the order in the local of the country

  • After your order has been confirmed and shipped out, you will receive a email notification with your order details for tracking. If you do not receive any shipment information, please contact our Customer Service team at Contact : +60 12 976 2195 Monday to Friday  (except public holidays), from 10:00am to 7:00pm, or email

  • Your order confirmation number is printed at the top of the order confirmation & receipt email that was sent to the email address you entered when you placed your order on the website. If you cannot find the email in your inbox, please check your SPAM and promotion folders.

    If you placed an order via your Longchamp customer account or created an account on  when you placed your order, log in to My Account then click on my orders. You will then be able to find your order and order confirmation number.

  • Signature is required. If delivery is unsuccessful, the carrier will make another attempts within three (3) working days. Following these attempts, the package will be returned to Longchamp, once received your order will be cancelled and refunded.
