Delivery methods, times and costs

At checkout, you may select from three secure delivery options. Each delivery is protected and requires either presentation of a valid ID or a secure code provided by our trusted shipping partner, ensuring your order reaches you safely.
Home Delivery:
Secure home delivery carried out by UPS or DPD from Monday to Saturday against signature.
Pickup Point:
Delivery to a pickup point carried out by UPS or DPD from Monday to Saturday. Your order will be delivered to the pickup point you selected when placing your order.
If the selected pickup point is unavailable, the carrier will make your parcel available at the nearest pickup point. You will be required to present your ID and sign to collect your order.
In-store Pickup:
Longchamp also offers you the possibility to collect, free of delivery charge, items ordered online in the Longchamp boutique of your choice.
When placing your order, select "In-store Pickup" and choose the desired boutique. We will send you an email as soon as your order is ready in-store.
You have a period of 15 days to collect your parcel. This period starts from the time your order is made available by the boutique.
We invite you to go to the selected Longchamp boutique with a valid original ID, as well as your order number. If your order is collected by a third party, they must present an ID in their name, as well as a copy of your ID.
After the 15-day period, collecting your parcel will no longer be possible. You will receive an email informing you of the cancellation of your order. You will be refunded the full amount of your order.

The delivery time depends on the chosen delivery method.
Unless special delivery times have been specified during holiday periods, you will receive your order within a maximum of:
- UPS Express Home Delivery: 2 working days from order confirmation.*
- Delivery to a Collection Point: 2 days from order confirmation*. You will receive an email from UPS to confirm the shipment and track your order.
- Delivery to Store: 3 hours or 2 working days (depending on available stock in store) from order confirmation. You will be sent an email once your items are available for collection from your chosen store.
*For personalised items, the time period between order confirmation and receipt is approximately 2 to 3 weeks.
**For items from previous collections, only express home delivery and in-store collection (2 days) are available.

Shipping costs are indicated in the third SUMMARY stage when placing your order.
They depend on the delivery method chosen, and are defined as follows:
- Great Britain Home Delivery: £5
- Delivery to a Collection Point: £3.50
- Delivery to Store: Free of charge
We also regularly offer free shipping, so keep an eye out for information on the product pages of our items.

We are currently unable to ship to the islands of Jersey and Guernsey. Orders addressed to any of these destinations will be cancelled. The delivery address of your order must match the country of the site on which you placed your order.
