RETURN AND EXCHANGE DOCUMENT

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we encourage you to use one of the methods below to return or exchange your item(s). Full price merchandise can be returned for a full refund within 14 days of delivery date. After this date, only exchanges or store credits will be issued on current collection items. All items must be new, unused and in perfect condition.

Choose a Method of Return:

Method 1: Request a Return Label

1. Visit the ‘Contact Us’ section on our website
www.longchamp.com and click on
‘Customer Service’. Fill out the form and choose
‘Request a Return Label’ for the subject.
You can also call or email Customer Service
2. Package the item(s) securely.
3. Print and place your label covering the old one
or by using a new box.
4. Complete this form and include it with your
item.
5. Drop your package at a UPS/ USPS drop off
location depending on the label sent.
* The cost of return shipping is $5.95 which
will be deducted from your refund.

Method 2: Use your own shipping method

1. Complete this form and include it with
your item.
2. Package the item(s) securely and use, if
possible the original parcel.
3. Address the returned package as
indicated below :

4. Ship your return package using a
traceable and insured shipping provider.
* Longchamp is not responsible for
customer returns that are not received

Method 3: Exchange at Longchamp boutiques

1. Complete this form.
2. Bring your new and unused item(s) in its
original product packaging.
3. Go to any Longchamp boutique.

* Products purchased on our site cannot be
returned or exchanged at our retailers or
department stores.
