Creating an account

To create an online Longchamp customer account, click on the My account tab at the top right of the screen:

Enter your contact email address

Then create your password according to the defined security requirements

Finally, fill in your personal information - this will allow you to place online orders quickly.

 

NB: Even if you have already made a purchase in a store or department store and given us your contact details, creating a Longchamp customer account can only be done online. The information provided in store is not shared with our Online Store system.

Thanks to your online customer account, you will be able to:

Track the progress of your order

View the details of your online purchases

Manage and change your personal information

View and change your list of favourite items

Our Stores will also have access to all this information and will be able to offer help and guidance where needed.

Since your first order was registered as a guest customer, it cannot be added to your newly created Longchamp customer account.

Personal accounts are not automatically created when you make a purchase in a store or department store.

The contact details you provided have been recorded on your customer file.

However, your Longchamp customer account was not set up at this time. Therefore, if you'd like to place an online order, you will have to create a customer account..
